WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available daily from 10:00 to 21:00 at our MBK Center branch.

  • Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipping within Thailand.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with additional shipping details.

  • All delivery times and dates provided are estimates only and are given in good faith.

  • For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless noted otherwise, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the order is accepted. For more details, please refer to our Terms.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email with your order number and details.

  • A tracking number will be sent to you after your items have shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the website to reflect the updated order status.

  • Please note that delivery time may vary based on the postal code and customs clearance procedure.

 

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.

Please note the following important details for international deliveries:

  • Some countries have specific shipping rules and restrictions that may affect delivery.

  • You may be responsible for additional taxes, duties, or import fees beyond our control. It is your responsibility to comply with local customs laws and cover any applicable charges.

  • In certain destinations, the shipping agent may require identity verification before releasing your package. This could include signing documents or providing a copy of your ID once the package reaches your country.

  • If you are not comfortable providing these documents, please let us know before we ship your order.

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an alternative contact method, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, in case email communication is not sufficient.

  • If your package arrives in the destination country and we are unable to contact you via email or any alternative contact methods you provided, it may be held at customs without clearance.

  • If the package cannot be cleared and must be returned, the return shipping cost will apply.

  • In this case, we will process a refund after deducting the total shipping fees (both outbound and return shipping).

Please ensure you are available for contact to avoid any issues with customs clearance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
