Shipping Policy
The orders will be shipped out after payment is done within 3-7 business days, Depending on the queue of production on that day.
We offer free shipping only in Thailand with no minimum purchase. For oversea we deliver items by using Fast ship Company.

All returns must be in original and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with the original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return.

Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the day of purchase.

Punk Berry will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

In case the customer didn't receive the product or is delayed (more than 30 business days), The store will give a full refund to the customer.
